West Coast coaching contender Hayden Skipworth says he can see similarities between the rise of Collingwood and the list at the Eagles as they continue their rebuild.
Skipworth, who has been a line coach at the Magpies under Craig Macrae for the past few years, landed in Perth on Thursday to interview with the club as one of the three final contenders for the job.
