A judge in a small eastern Kentucky town was shot and killed in his chambers Thursday, and the local sheriff is under arrest. District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kentucky State Police. Nobody else was injured. Trooper Matt Gayheart joins “Banfield” to discuss what happened. “We were able to clear the courthouse and make sure there were no additional threats,” Gayheart said on “Banfield.” “It’s a tragic situation. It’s not something that we ever want to deal with.” #Kentucky #KevinMullins #Banfield
