Filmmaker and actor Farhan Akhtar is currently busy shooting his upcoming war drama, 120 Bahadur, in Ladakh. Despite his packed filming schedule, he is seizing every chance to share glimpses of the stunning location with his fans. Recently, Farhan delighted his followers by introducing them to a special new friend.

He posted a photo of an adorable newborn indie puppy on his Instagram. In the image, Farhan, wearing a grey hoodie, lovingly cradles the tiny puppy in his hand. He captioned the post, “Welcome to the world little one .. #indie #puppy #ladakh,” catching the attention of his wife, Shibani Akhtar.
Farhan’s actress-wife Shibani Dandekar commented, “Please bring him to me, thanks.” Farah Khan chimed in, “Awwwwww bring him back, Faru… unless he loves it up there in the mountains.” Farhan’s sister, director Zoya Akhtar, also left an eye-heart emoji on the post. Meanwhile, fans flooded the comments, praising his affection for dogs.
Recently, Farhan shared another post featuring a white indie dog named Snowy, whom he met while filming 120 Bahadur in Ladakh. In the post, the adorable dog poses for the camera. Farhan captioned the pictures, “Image 1. Say Cheese. Image 2. Here’s the Cheese. The different moods of Snowy, the beautiful indie, cohabiting with us at our hotel in Ladakh.”
From serene images of the moon rising over the mountains to behind-the-scenes glimpses of 120 Bahadur, Farhan Akhtar is sharing his adventures with fans. On September 4, he announced that he will portray Major Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC in the film. He posted the first look on Instagram, revealing that the movie will focus on the Battle of Rezang La, fought on November 18, 1962, during the Indo-China War. Directed by Rajneesh Razy Ghai, the film will highlight the remarkable courage and heroism of Major Shaitan Singh and the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment, in the face of adversity.
Farhan was last seen on screen in Toofan, which was released in 2021. Since then, he has produced several films, including Madgaon Express, Friday Night Plan, Fukrey 3, and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, among others.
