As training camps are underway everywhere around the league, another yearly tradition is about to happen: the release of the new iteration of Electronic Arts’ NHL franchise. The game will be out on multiple consoles on Friday, October 4th.

To build anticipation for the release, the manufacturer has revealed the ratings of the league’s top 299 players. Connor McDavid has a 97 overall rating, Leon Draisaitl 95, Nikita Kucherov 95, Auston Matthews 95, Matthew Tkachuk 92, Alex Ovechkin 89, and Sidney Crosby is still at 94.
Who has the best rating amongst the Montreal Canadiens? Captain and first-line center Nick Suzuki comes in at 89. Next up? Team sniper Cole Caufield is at 88, while Mike Matheson rounds up the top three with an 87 mark. Then, Kaiden Guhle, Patrik Laine, Kirby Dach, and Juraj Slafkovsky all come in at 85.
