National Hurricane Center Deputy Director Jamie Rhome joins FOX Weather with the latest forecast for Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine. The developing system is expected to organize and become a named storm later on Monday. Rhome said giving the PTC designation helps give leaders another day to make decisions about evacuations and preparations.
