(FOX40.COM) — Sacramento law enforcement is searching for a suspect after a shooting on Business 80 impacted traffic in central Sacramento for more than an hour on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A CHP representative told FOX40.com that the shooting happened on the onramp to northbound Business 80, north of N St.

One man was shot in the arm and made the emergency call, the CHP said, adding that he was taken to a hospital.
Officials canvassed the area to search for evidence connected to the shooting and later said that the highway was completely reopened.
The CHP said that officers were searching for one suspect, a Black male adult in a brown Audi.
The CHP said that it appeared to be an isolated incident and that there was no danger to the public.
