Storm surge led to flooding in Naples, Florida, as Hurricane Helene moved closer to the state on Thursday, September 26.
This footage was filmed by Beth Booker, who said she filmed it from her home in Naples on Thursday morning. Booker, sounding surprisingly relaxed, says, “Good morning, Helene” in the video.
