Triptii Dimri, who continues to experience massive stardom followed by her much-talked about stint in Animal, has several interesting projects in the pipeline including the Rajkummar Rao starrer Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Meanwhile, the actress recently opened up about her experience of sharing screen space with some of the most popular Bollywood celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in recent times. During the same, she ended up choosing the latter when she was asked who she is ‘closer to’.

Best known for her role as Zoya in Animal, Triptii Dimri shot quite a bit of scenes with Ranbir Kapoor for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial. On the other hand, she played the leading lady in Bad Newz alongside Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. At a recent interview at India Today Conclave, while the actress discussed her career trajectory and her camaraderie with her co-stars, she explained why she is closer to Vicky Kaushal than Ranbir Kapoor. Calling him her ‘3am friend’, Triptii continued, “I am much closer to him. Because we spent a good amount of time together. We were shooting in Mussoorie, and he is a very chill and cool guy”.
Coming to her work commitments, Triptii Dimri is making news for her chemistry with Rajkummar Rao in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, a slice-of-life romantic comedy set in the 90s era. The film also features Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, Tiku Talsania, Archana Puran Singh, among others in key roles. It is slated for release on October 11. After that the actress has the highly-anticipated Bhool Bhulaiyya 3 with Kartik Aaryan which will be hitting cinemas during Diwali. Apart from these two, she also has Dhadak 2 with Siddhant Chaturvedi in the pipeline.
