A no-nonsense Texas judge placed a mom in handcuffs in court. The woman was seen wearing shorts and using her cell phone to take a photo in the courtroom. She was handcuffed and taken away. Now, the judge is receiving mixed reactions to her decision. “Good for the judge,” goes one comment. However, others thought District Court Judge Stephanie Boyd was “out of line” and was “clearly on a power trip.” The woman was later released.
