Brailey first faced court on August 7, after being arrested at her school the previous day and charged with having sexual intercourse with, sexually touching and sexually assaulting a boy aged under 17 under her care.
The Sydney high school PE teacher allegedly sent sexual videos of herself on Snapchat, invited the teenager to her Wollongong home and had sex with him in the back of his car.
She was granted strict bail to live with her parents in Wollongong.
Less than two weeks later, Brailey was back in court over charges relating to the second student.
Brailey allegedly sent the teen explicit videos of herself and performed a sex act on him in a classroom before propositioning him for sex.
The child abuse material charges relate to that student.
Brailey was again granted bail to continue living with her parents.
Police first started investigating Brailey on August 6 after receiving reports a female teacher had sexually touched a 17-year-old boy. They arrested her at her school the same day.
Police allege Brailey became hysterical and said: “I am going to jail, aren’t I? I’m going to lose my family, my husband, my job.”
Brailey got married one year before her arrest.
Her husband, who went to court for Brailey’s first appearance, was not there on Wednesday.
