BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Baldwin County High School teacher and coach was placed on administrative leave after he was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Wednesday.
Recent owl attacks in Mobile neighborhood leave residents concerned
The teacher is Glenn Ray, according to officials.
Officials said that Ray, a Baldwin County High School theatre and reading readiness teacher and women’s golf and girls’ flag football coach, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the school and booked at 3 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication.
He was placed on administrative leave from the school system after the arrest and pending further investigations, News 5 has learned.
