Promising mare Yonga Lass returned from a break in fine order at Monday’s Lark Hill trials, coasting home under minimal stress to land one of two fast-class heats.
The five-year-old pinged from the barriers and immediately led the field before jockey William Pike allowed rival Capre Omnia to stride on.
