Police are urgently searching for a 65-year-old man who has not returned home since Monday.
Trevor McGillvray is believed to have left his Landsadale home, with his car last seen in the Coogee area in the afternoon.
It is out of character for him not to return home.
Major welfare concerns are held for Mr McGillvray as it is believed he does not have his medication with him.
He is described as fair-skinned, of medium build with grey hair.
He is believed to be driving a blue Kia Sportage SUV, registration 1GHX 834.
Anyone who sees Mr McGillvray or his vehiicle are urged to call police on 131 444.
