Kangana Ranaut, an actor and freshly elected BJP Lok Sabha MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, paid a visit to the Isha Foundation owned by the spiritual leader Sadhguru in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. On Monday, she used Instagram Stories to share images of herself during the trip. One of the photos shows her posing with Sadhguru.
Kangana Ranaut seeks Sadhguru’s blessings in Coimbatore following election victory
Kangana’s visit to Coimbatore, specifically to the Isha Foundation, was documented in a series of photos and videos that quickly went viral on social media. Dressed in a traditional saree, Kangana was seen participating in various spiritual activities, including a serene meeting with Sadhguru, where they exchanged thoughts on spirituality, leadership, and service.
Kangana shared a snapshot of herself worshipping in front of Adiyogi Shiva’s monument in Coimbatore, and captioned it, “My happy place.” She was dressed in a pink saree and sat on the floor as Sadhguru blessed her by resting his hand on her head.
On June 9, the hallways of Rashtrapati Bhavan were filled with stars as luminaries from politics, cinema, and commerce gathered to witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony for his third term. Kangana Ranaut, the newly-elected MP, attended the event in an ethereal white saree.
Kangana Ranaut was also in the news recently for being slapped by a CISF personnel at Chandigarh airport. The CISF constable was evidently outraged with Kangana’s position on the farmers’ demonstrations.
In a video message posted hours after the incident last week, Kangana said she was punched in the face and harassed by a constable during a security check at Chandigarh airport.
Another video circulating on social media shows the irate policeman chatting to others, probably after the incident. Kangana had allegedly stated that farmers were protesting in Delhi in exchange of Rs. 100-200. “My mother was a protester at the time,” she said in the alleged video.
