Justhuman, the first brand in the neurocosmetic industry in India, has officially unveiled a narrative of its origin through an inspirational video centered around its founder, Roshini Sanah Jaiswal. The story reflects her personal struggle with an autoimmune disorder, which ultimately sparked the inception of Justhuman.
A Journey of Resilience and Innovation
Roshini’s encounters with conventional beauty products and their limitations ignited a fervent desire to create something distinctive, something superior. This personal transformation led to a professional revolution. “Amidst my tribulations, Justhuman was conceived. Our products epitomize the forefront of the science of neurocosmetics, skin-brain communication, designed to harmonize your skin microbiome and activate neuroreceptors. We transcend external beauty; it’s about experiencing the extraordinary,” said Roshini, CEO and Founder of Justhuman.
In the heart of the video, Roshini candidly shares her daunting yet empowering journey: “I didn’t know what Lichen Planopilaris was. For me, it was unexpected because my doctors hadn’t made me aware that this could mean that I may have no hair on my head.” This journey became a crucible that not only challenged her perception of beauty and self-worth but also underscored the essence of resilience.
Addressing the Overlooked Needs
“My struggle with Lichen Planopilaris wasn’t just a tale of adversity; it was a metamorphosis that birthed Justhuman. Our goal is not only to deliver visible results fast but also to address the consistently overlooked women aged between 40 to 55. Their skin issues aren’t just problems but intense distress that craves attention. We focus our attention on their neglected journey and overall emotional well-being,” adds Roshini.
Roshini’s story is a testament to Justhuman’s dedication to clean, science-backed formulations that nurture skin and emotional well-being. Roshini emphasizes, “Justhuman products are not just a beauty solution; they encapsulate a lifestyle, a belief that feeling good equates to looking good, empowering individuals to confront each day with unwavering confidence.”
From Personal Struggles to Breakthrough Science
When asked about how her personal challenges inspired the creation of Justhuman, Roshini shares, “When I was diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris in 2017, I struggled to find effective yet safe skincare products. Expensive brands contained irritants, while organic options lacked visible results. Unable to recognize myself due to the autoimmune condition’s impact, I felt stripped of my confidence. I healed but remained conscious of ingredients, realizing many products contained ‘dirty’ ingredients. This personal struggle inspired me to do extensive research where I discovered the cutting-edge science of neurocosmetics. Justhuman was born from this experience to provide clean, effective skincare free from any potentially harmful ingredients.”
Overcoming Challenges in the Brand’s Inception
Discussing the challenges faced during the brand’s inception, Roshini notes, “The biggest roadblock we ran into was creating our own unique formulas since all our products are powered by neurocosmetics. We couldn’t just grab pre-made formulas off the shelf as a lot of other brands do. Our formulations had to follow strict guidelines and go through round after round of testing. Getting that rare mix of clean, effective ingredients that actually work fast was no easy feat, but we nailed it. Then on top of that, we had to make sure our products were easily available for customers to get their hands on.”
Future Plans for Justhuman
The brand has been launched in two countries: the USA and India. The brand’s new product aims to provide Botox-like results through the science of neurocosmetics and its core beliefs of quality clean ingredients. The brand is trying to delve deep to bring consumers something transformative that aligns with the brand’s vision of helping people live inspired, limitless lives with confidence.
