Diljit Dosanjh visited Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in Delhi on Sunday, June 23. The Punjabi artist began his North American tour, the Dil-Luminati Tour, on April 27 in Vancouver, Canada. The inaugural show made “history” as the largest Punjabi concert conducted outside India. Dijit Dosanjh is currently looking forward to excite the crowd again on his next trip in Dallas, Texas, which is set for today, June 24. Before departing for the destination, the pop icon sought blessings at the Gurdwara.

Diljit Dosanjh documented his visit to the Gurdwara by sharing a video montage on Instagram. He was dressed in an ethnic outfit, with a white collared kurta and matching trousers. Diljit also showed his commitment and humility by participating in community duty with the believers. He walked alongside the others at the hallowed shrine, carrying a wooden palanquin on his shoulders.
The videos also showed Diljit Dosanjh sitting in the prayer hall with his eyes closed. He drank water from the sacred Sarovar and received prasad from the Gurdwara volunteers. “Dhan Dhan Ramdas Guru,” he captioned the picture.
On April 28, Dijit Dosanjh posted a carousel of photos and videos on Instagram, revealing sneak peeks from his Vancouver event. He captioned the post, “History has been written. The BC Place Stadium. It’s sold out.” The first photo showed the Punjabi star commanding the stage while dressed entirely in black. He struck a victory attitude and nodded towards the spectators. The following slide showed a video of the stadium’s general manager speaking briefly with Diljit before presenting him with a framed souvenir commemorating the sparkling event. The other photos showed some of Diljit’s memorable moments on stage.
After the several concerts, Diljit Dosanjh will wrap up his Dil-Luminati Tour on July 13 in Toronto, Ontario at the Rogers Centre.
