Kamala Harris has paid tribute to President Joe Biden in her first speech since he pulled out of the race for a second term.
The 81-year-old withdrew and backed Harris to receive the Democrat nomination.
Speaking outside the White House, Harris said Biden’s “legacy of accomplishment is unmatched in modern history”.
