Choreographer-turned-actor Raghav Juyal has earned widespread acclaim for his villainous role in the action film Kill. While Kill marked his breakthrough as an actor, Raghav believes his previous film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, brought him good fortune. In an interview with Humans of Bombay, he spoke about his experience working with Salman Khan and fondly recalled attending Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday party.

Raghav shared memories from the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan shoot, where Salman Khan scolded him a couple of times during the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan shoot, Raghav shared, “I stayed at his farmhouse for two days and the way he is… he loves to see all of us enjoy. He is very generous. We rode his ATV and we used to shoot, but the fun we had after that was something only Salman bhai could make us do. He has a habit of sitting to eat with everyone, especially when there is a feast. All the actors sit to eat with him inside a tent. It feels like home, I have been scolded by him many times, but it was like your father or elder brother was scolding you.”
He added, “I have laughed as well as cried, but it made me experience life in a nutshell. Honestly, that film is very lucky for me because after that, all my other projects were released, so Salman Bhai has been lucky for me. I feel very connected to him.”
Raghav also spoke about his meeting with Shah Rukh Khan and how he was made to feel special. “We’ve heard that SRK lets his guests off at their destination when they leave his party; it was my ambition to be seen off like that someday, and it occurred. We really enjoyed ourselves during his birthday party. He makes you feel incredibly special. You, too, feel like Shah Rukh Khan. He danced with us until 6 a.m., and then I promised not to leave till I left him off at his car that day; it was the most memorable experience of my life, and I’ll never forget it.”
On the work front, Raghav recently appeared in the web series Gyaarah Gyaarah, which aired on ZEE5.
