Capel councillors have extended the planning approval time frame to get construction under way for the Dalyellup Multipurpose Community and Youth Centre by two years.
Wednesday’s decision gives the shire more time to get construction “substantially commenced” on the $11.5 million youth space with the original approval being set to lapse on November 30.
