The Chicago Bears enter the second week of the season coming off a win in No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams’ debut, but the Bears offense didn’t do much against Tennessee. Williams went just 13-of-29 for 93 yards, and Chicago scored touchdowns on a blocked punt and pick-six in that 24-17 win.
That offense will have to be better to keep up with the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium on Sunday night, who gained the second-most yards of any team in Week 1 in their 29-27 win over the Colts. Quarterback C.J. Stroud threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns and newcomer Joe Mixon was a monster on the ground with 30 carries for 159 yards and a score.
