CLEVELAND (WJW) — Deciding where, or if, to go to college is an incredibly personal matter, but for decades now the U.S. News and World Report Best Colleges list has been working to aid in that decision.
The latest college rankings report dropped this week and included the usual suspects hovering around the top of the best National Universities list. However, two Ohio schools did make the Top 51, and one is located in Cleveland.
This year, The Ohio State University comes in at No. 41 on the list, tying with Boston University and Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
Cleveland’s own Case Western Reserve University secured the 51st spot on the list, along with Texas A&M University and Virginia Tech.
Three Ohio colleges placed in the top 60 for National Liberal Arts Colleges. Oberlin College ranked 55th. Kenyon College in Gambier came in 45th and Denison University in Granville ranked 36.
