Hunter Schafer, known for Euphoria, and Noomi Rapace, known for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, are teaming up for a psychological horror thriller, Palette.
Palette will be the directorial debut of Zach Strauss, who is the co-writer of the upcoming film Da Understudy, helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Spikes Lee.
According to the film’s synopsis, Palette follows Dolly, played by Hunter Schafer, who suffers from synesthesia, a rare condition where she can hear colours. She is recruited into a secretive, cult-like industry of colour design, uncovering the dark reality of what it takes to make the world’s greatest hues. Noomi Rapace will be essaying the character Latrice, the excecutive of the organization.
The film also stars Frankie Shaw (Mr. Robot) in a significant role.
